KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) - A man from South Charleston is facing multiple charges, including child neglect resulting in injury.
According to a criminal complaint, a victim told law enforcement she was dragged down E. 6th Street in Belle by her ex-boyfriend, Joseph D. Schwab, 51, of South Charleston, on March 18.
